Para los administradores de SMS que extrañaban el Client Center en Configuration Manager 2007 les doy una buena noticia. En breve podrán volver a administrar clientes individuales desde la comodidad de su escritorio usando el Client Center V2.
Para los que no conozcan la herramienta, les cuento que con ella pueden conectarse a clientes de sms o sccm puntuales para forzar inventarios, actualizar advertisements o monitorear procesos remotamente.
Por ahora la herramienta no se puede descargar, pero se puede ejecutar desde este link de manera online

Microsoft acaba de lanzar la documentación que contiene la información de las vistas de Configuration Manager necesaria para armar reportes customizados en SCCM 2007.
En el msi van a encontrar el diagrama de las vistas por tipo, una guía para el armado de reportes y un excel con la referencia de cada vista y su funcionamiento. Realmente indispensable para el armado de reportes custom.

| | The Argentinean government has announced a new time zone start and end dates for Argentina for the period of 2008-2009. The new time zone information is the following: § Daylight saving time begins: October 19th, 2008 § Daylight saving time ends: March 16th, 2009 Since the new dates be published by the government are different from what was defined in the previous years, Windows-based computers will not correctly interpret the time that is related to the transition to daylight saving time.
